Day 33 Goodnight Moon

I've been planning this one in my head for awhile. I wanted a large simple painting (for a big wall) for a very muted gray bedroom that used to be my sons. Abstract art can be pretty boring to some people, but for me, there is always a story or some meaning behind it. This room had stars on the ceiling for many years, so this painting is in memory of what used to be a boy's room, now an adult.
It's the grown up version of a favorite book read many times over.
Nostalgia strikes again.
