Day 57 Dry Grass

I did this pastel along the Platte River yesterday. I took my 9x12 sheet and divided it in half to do 2 smaller studies. Unlike yesterday, this painting needs contrast and really to be redone. Not all of them turn out. I'm looking forward to painting a lot this weekend, even though I have the same 24 hours in each day, it still seems I get more accomplished on weekends.
